 Assault Nick Kyrgios

Being such a big star sometimes being in such charge makes it a little harder to live up to and has to go through a lot of paperwork and other situations and it never stops because a small doubt can destroy.

“Given matter before the court… he is not going to speak up a word on the stage but we’ll issue a media”

He did not answer any words to the media and was quiet all the time also it was practice for him after the charge broke. Later on, his team released that the media are going to write that the “Allegation is not considered as fact”

It has also been claimed the at the moment their is noting much official but soon it will declared”

The tennis star said “once all this matter and allegation is closed, he doesn’t want to take this warrant as a misreading of the process”

What is going to happen now?

The tennis star is going to provide a fact sheet to the court in his first appearance and this will allow him to set out the allegation in more deep detail.

The sheet is mostly to set out the time and date and how the police intend to prove the offense. This will also allow making his plead whether he is guilty or he is not guilty and if he chooses guilt the matter will proceed

But if he chooses not too guilty the same matter is going to be referred to as a “Case Management Hearing”

For both parties, this is going to be an opportunity to discuss the case prior and to hear the final dare being set.

Example: The police have charged the stemmed for an incident that might have happened in December 2021. So the date is over 6 months prior to charge.

What do you mean by Common Assault

Common assault carries 2 years of imprisonment under section 26 of the Crimes Act 1900 (ACT).

This is an act where the person intentionally or knowingly causes a problem and has unlawful violence. There are a large number of individuals who are being convicted even after their first defense.

Prison for two years is not much enough there are also some charges that you need to pay and you should feel regret having all this.

There are many people out there who still do domestic violence against others which is not good for their health as later on, it can create a serious problem.
