The American Family Insurance Championship is a professional golf tournament organized for golf athletes who come to compete in the Wisconsin State in the United States from all around the globe. This tournament is organized in the University Ridge Golf Course in Madison, the capital city of Wisconsin, United States.

This tournament is sponsored by the American Family Insurance, of which the inaugural season was played in the year 2016 with Kirk Triplett winning the first season to his name. The initial tournament had a purse of a total of two million dollars. 2022 will be the seventh edition of this tournament which will be held from the 10th of June till the 12th of June 2022.

Sponsored by the American Family Insurance, this tournament had a purse of $2 Million from 2016 to 2020. Last year it saw an increase in its tournament purse which is now $2.4 Million. This year the purse amount will the same as it was in 2021 which is $2 Million.
