Thiago

In a football Facebook group, the admin posted a picture of Thiago in what appears to be “kicking” Haaland’s neverlands during a match. The caption stated that Thaigo “wanted” to make sure that there’s no Haaland junior.

Thiago hitting Haaland’s private regions

Netizens are laughing at the whole ordeal, one even stated that kicking that “ball” is not a foul. This shows that Thiago is a good defender as him kicking Haaland shows he is making sure all “balls” are kicked.

“Legends play three balls at a time,” is also quite a popular remark on the facebook page. Others seemingly defended Haaland saying that Thaigo must’ve broken his foot after that incident due to it being strong as steel.

However, others are mentioning that an incident like this can lead to something serious and should be considered as a red card. Other football fans are stating that football players are not suffering from serious repercussions after incidents like that as compared to other games like hockey.

The Facebook post has received over 25,000 likes and almost 3,000 shares. The most popular comment on the post was “experts say that Thiago might be missing a few games this season due to an unexpected toe injury.”

On Twitter, the same image has also been blasted all over and had a number of interesting comments as well. The same is said regarding Thiago’s foot where Haaland’s “concrete” nether regions might have affected them badly.

There were a couple of Haaland slanders, the statement was “dominate? He’s won nothing.” His fans fought back by stating that he’s only 22-years-old and he just joined a top tier team. Give him time and he will show his capabilities to everyone.

The “dominate” part referred to the tweet’s statement saying that Thiago doesn’t want another Haaland to dominate European football in another 20 years. Unfortunately, this is one of the rare matches where Haaland did not score.

Liverpool had won this particular match with a 1-0 score, and it is rumoured that due to that incident Haaland probably couldn’t focus on scoring. Regardless of Thiago’s involvement, the scorer for Liverpool was Mo Salah.

Slander towards Liverpool

The popular Twitter page called TrollFootball posted a vicious meme against Liverpool. They showed a photo on how Liverpool fans reacted after beating Manchester City 1-0 but in the end they’re still not at the top of the league.

A netizen then posted a photo of Jurgen Klopp asking how are they going to win this match by stopping Haaland, and of course the ball kicker said he could and did it. Some United fans are stating that they will win the league in the middle of the Liverpool and Man City arguments.

There were more fans criticising the video assistant referee for giving more points to Liverpool. They claimed that if there were lesser points given by the referee they would be placed in the 17th place.
