After Manchester United broke their winning streak, Arsenal’s Arteta is planning for a comeback in the Champions League soon. Currently, they, the same as United, are in the Europa League.

Arteta has grand plans to have strong lineups towards this Europa League season. Now with Arteta’s possible minor tweaking, Mohamed Elneny, Emile Smith Rowe and Thomas Partey are all having a bleak future on what’s to happen next within this Europa League.

The Gunners, which competed in the league last season where they had lost during the semifinals will be coming back this week. They will begin in Zurich soon, but a number of player related injuries may make Arteta reconsider some options.

Fabio Vieira may get his first start after only being a substitute during the Manchester United match. Currently, Arteta has a limited number of choices, especially with the transfer period over.

Thomas Partey has hopes of returning to the field before his overseas travel. Midfielder Mohamed Elneny is currently suffering from an injury and thus will be off the field until he recovers.

The embarrassing defeat of 3-1 from Manchester United had caused another player Emile Smith Rowe, who is an attacking midfielder, to be out for injuries. Regardless of all of these, Arsenal is currently in first place in the Premier league.

Arteta also sees the Europa League as a gateway for Arsenal to re-enter the Champions League next season. Arteta needs the team to win Group A in the league for them to advance directly to the final 16 next year.

Currently, there are no major restructuring in Arsenal as the winning team is still sent to play in the league. `However commenters on Twitter disagree with this as they claim that he had time to bring in more suitable players, but Arteta insists that he has the ‘best team’ in the world.

For now, Arteta will focus on fielding strong sides, as six of Arsenal’s Premier League games have been initiated by multiple different players. Minor shuffling is expected as player injuries are common but more of them will appear during the preliminary rounds of the Europa League.
