Kenya Premier League also known as KFK Premier League is a professional League of all men’s football clubs that is based in Kenya. The League was formed in 1963 by the Football Kenya Federation. Initially, the league was known by the name of Kenya National Football League and Kenya Super League, which was finally named KPL in 1998.
Kenya Premier League consists of 18 participating teams that compete for the league title. The format of the game is the usual double round-robin format. The league consists of a total of 34 matches.
